Ordering

All orders that you place will be delivered to the address specified on your account. However, if you wish to order a Healthy Bites Living for family and friends, simply place the order as usual and change the shipping address at checkout.
We hope you love our products as much as we do, however should you need to report an issue please email hello@healthybitesliving and a member of the team will be in touch.
When you place your first order, you will be charged immediately using the billing information you provide on your account. Your normal subscription payment will then be billed automatically every week.
Of course, anytime! You can cancel your subscription on your account page. You will enter a pending cancellation stage until your monthly/weekly subscription time is up. Once you have come out of that period your subscription will be cancelled.

Delivery

All orders starts on Sunday throughout to Thursday, placed and paid for by 12:00 on Friday are delivered on Sunday for the next working day. Deliveries are between 18:30-21:30. If you are not available, please let us know by phone or e-mail: hello@healthybitesliving.com were to leave your order On Thursday, meals for two days, Friday and Saturday are delivered together. It is possible to only order meals for Saturday with Friday order as there is no deliveries on Saturdays.

Diet

YES --- We are ECO-FRIENDLY! We have worked really hard to source our sustainable packaging. Our lids/foil is fully recyclable along with food containers. Our paper bags are recyclable too!
Yes! Every single meal is safe to eat cold.
For best results microwave to reheat. Remove lid/foil and replace loosely. Microwave until piping hot throughout.

We’re a meal delivery service with a healthy twist. Simply pick your plan online and calculate the right amount of calories through our online calculator. We source fresh ingredients, transform them into healthy, delicious meals, and deliver them fresh to your home or workplace each week. All you need to do is reheat and eat whenever you’re ready! All of our meals can be frozen if required. Defrost thoroughly and use within 1 day.
